Unified Planning Work Program

The Unified Planning Work Program details the planned transportation work activities for the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) each year, along with estimated federal and state revenues that support SCOG’s transportation work. This document is produced in association with tribal, local, state and federal planning entities.  The timeframe for each Unified Planning Work Program is the state fiscal year, which is from July of one calendar year through June of the next.

The Unified Planning Work Program for state fiscal year 2025 was approved on May 15, 2024 by the SCOG Transportation Policy Board.
