Request for Proposals – Skagit Regional Safety Action Plan – Transportation Planning Services

The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) announces a request for proposals (RFP) for Safe Streets and Roadways for All (SS4A) program-compliant safety action planning services.

SCOG is the metropolitan planning organization and regional transportation planning organization for Skagit County and is leading the process to develop the Skagit Regional Safety Action Plan. The project is funded primarily through federal funds provided through a Safe Streets and Roadways for All (SS4A) agreement with the Federal Highway Administration. The expected timeframe for the project is 14 months, beginning in October 2024 and extending through December 2025.

Late proposals will not be considered.
