The Unified Planning Work Program details the planned transportation work activities for the Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) each year. It describes the transportation work that SCOG will undertake each year along with the associated federal and state expenditures. This document is produced in association with local, regional, state and federal planning agencies.  The time frame for each Unified Planning Work Program is the state fiscal year, which is from July of one calendar year through June of the next.

Progress Reports

SCOG is required by 23 CFR 420.117 to report annually on Unified Planning Work Program progress. SCOG must submit performance and expenditure reports detailing that progress, which include: comparison of actual performance with established goals; progress in meeting schedules; budgeted amounts compared to actual expenses; cost overruns or underruns; and approved work program revisions.
