Regional Transportation Improvement Program

About

Skagit Council of Government (SCOG) has a responsibility, due to federal and state requirements, to develop a Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). The RTIP is a financial plan that identifies and prioritizes federally funded regionally significant transportation projects in Skagit County. All projects in the RTIP must be consistent with the Skagit 2040 Regional Transportation Plan.
