Due to a lack items to include on the agenda, the September 21st, 2016 SCOG Board of Directors meeting has been cancelled.
There will still be a SCOG Transportation Policy Board meeting at 1:30 PM on September 21st, 2016. The meeting will be held in the Concrete Fire and Life Safety Building.
The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) announces a request for proposals (RFP) for professional services relating to preparation of a housing inventory and transportation analysis for Skagit County. The scope of services includes three tasks: (1) assisting SCOG with housing coordination among many stakeholders with varied interests and roles; (2) conducting a comprehensive housing inventory and analysis to ascertain existing conditions for all housing types, housing markets, housing demand, and other factors related to housing; and (3) developing a housing action plan with strategies focusing on implementing Task 1 and 2. Task 3 may include additional action strategies aimed specifically at low- to moderate-income housing pending funding availability. The complete scope of services is included within the RFP.
