The Skagit County Housing Inventory and Transportation Analysis as well as the Skagit County Housing Action Plan were completed in late 2017. Both reports are now available online as PDF’s. Paper copies of the reports are available for review at the Skagit Council of Governments office in Mount Vernon.
SCOG has received requests to amend the 2018-2023 Regional Transportation Improvement Program. The public is encouraged to review the proposed amendments and submit any written comments to Mark Hamilton by February 6, 2018. Written comments will be included in the meeting packet distributed to Transportation Policy Board members prior to their February 21, 2018 meeting. The public will also have the opportunity to comment at the Transportation Policy Board meeting, but written comments are preferred.
This public notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comments on the TIP development process will satisfy the Federal Transit Administration’s Program of Projects requirements.
