Notice for Request for Proposals

The Skagit Council of Governments (SCOG) announces a request for proposals (RFP) for professional services relating to preparation of a corridor study for the Cook Road Corridor in Skagit County. The scope of services includes fourĀ tasks: (1) assisting SCOG with housing coordination among many stakeholders with varied interests and roles; (2) conducting a baseline assessment of traffic conditions in the study area which includes an at-grade railroad crossing; (3) conducting an analysis of potential alternatives that best address the transportation issues in the corridor; and (4) developing implementation strategies for the preferred alternative, including the identification of potential funding sources.
