STP Project Selection 2015-2020

The Skagit Council of Governments Transportation Policy Board (TPB) selected projects to receive Surface Transportation Program (STP) funding for the 2015-2020 Regional Transportation Improvement Program, which will be adopted in October. The selected projects were:

  • Sedro-Woolley — Jameson Arterial Extension — $700,000
  • Anacortes — Ship Harbor Blvd/SR 20 Spur Intersection Improvements — $932,470
  • Mount Vernon — College Way Widening — $1,750,000
  • Anacortes — 32nd Street and D Avenue Intersection Improvements — $64,875
  • Sedro-Woolley — Cascade Trail West Extension — $304,480
  • Port of Anacortes — 9th/R Avenue Realignment — $76,200
  • Skagit County — Josh Wilson Road, Phase 1 — $1,057,552
  • Concrete — Cedar Street Pedestrian/Bicycle Improvements Project — $396,998
  • Anacortes — March Point Road Shoulder Widening — $195,640
  • Concrete — Main Street Phase IV — $245,444
  • Concrete — Main Street Overlay — $69,200
